DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AT POWERCO
I was brought on board at Powerco to lead the reduction of operational risks modernising the field communications capabilities across the operations territory and the technology services and infrastructure. We successfully completed a $22 Million programme on time and on budget providing a resilience 90% coverage of field communications, a 100% of non-critical IT infrastructure through cloud services and an agile and responsive service delivery function.
Key success factors in this journey were the creation of a high-performance team, the establishment of a strong governance function and a win-win partnership relationship with technology providers.
Afterward I worked with Powerco in establishing a modern Digital Workplace that enables people to be more productive and optimize the employee experience with communications and technology.
